"We feel so fortunate that our daughter has had the opportunity to learn from Kristin. She has a wonderful way of making every child feel comfortable, capable, and excited to create. It's clear that Kristin makes the art experience feel special, fun, and meaningful—not just another activity on the schedule. She comes extremely prepared with all materials and provides an excellent atmosphere for art, no matter what venue we're in. What stood out most was the way she truly took the time to know and connect with our child, always with a smile. Her warmth, kindness, and inspiring energy made Vanessa/our child feel seen, understood, and encouraged. She was attentive to my child's personality and interests, and she knew just how to support her in a way that helped her feel proud and excited to display and share her artwork. We especially appreciate how she celebrates each child’s unique work and makes art feel enjoyable rather than intimidating. Our child was always proud to show us what she created, many creations of which are now framed and on display at our home. She develops exceptional projects that are engaging for children while producing beautiful, meaningful artwork that families will treasure and we are so grateful for the positive experiences. The Young Artist Workshop was an exceptional experience - WOW - as it also gave the kids a chance to 'show off' their work with an 'opening event' which gave an opportunity for parents and other people in the community to enjoy and appreciate the artworks in a prime location in our local library.
